Refund policy

We understand, sometimes plans change.  If you want a refund for a recent purchase, you can submit a request in writing within thirty days of your order, provided you have not already used the file. To start a refund, or for any questions regarding refunds, please contact us.

Once your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.

Note that once you’ve been refunded, you give up your rights to use the file and must delete or destroy any copies.
